同一法人名下多个工厂，如何申领排污许可证？

“排污单位有两个以上生产经营场所排放污染物的，应当按照生产经营场所分别申请取得排污许可证。”因此，同一法人、同一社会信用代码的企业，应当对其不同厂区申请多个账号，分别申领排污许可证。

answer: for a pollutant discharge unit that has two or more production and business sites, the enterprise should apply for a pollutant discharge permit for each site separately. thus, enterprises associated with the same legal person and/or share the same social credit code should apply for a pollutant discharge permit for each one of the factories, respectively.
