周可璋，教授级高级工程师、英国皇家特许建造师、国家注册一级建造师，中国建筑业协会工程项目管理与建造师分会副会长、绿色建造与智能建造分会副会长，现任中建八局党委书记、董事长，中建安装党委书记、董事长。

zhou kezhang is a professorate senior engineer, a chartered builder certified by the chartered institute of building(ciob), a class 1 registered architect(prc), vice-chairman of construction project management and architect branch of china construction industry association and vice-chairman of green construction and intelligent building branch of china construction industry association(gc&ib). he is currently director of cceed and that of china construction installation engineering co., ltd.
